Here’s exactly what it costs to work together — the rate, the minimum, and what’s included. Nothing hidden until the invoice.

The best rate for a project we can knock out in a day.
The first hour is a flat rate; after that, time is billed in [15]-minute increments. There’s a [1]-hour minimum on every visit.
You provide the materials, or I can pick them up — a store run is billed as time, plus a [20]% markup on anything I purchase for you.
Materials, disposal/dumpster fees, and any permit-required trade work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, structural). Those need a licensed pro.
Payment is due when the work is done. I accept [card, check, cash, and ACH].
I serve the [greater Austin] area. Travel beyond that may add a mobilization fee — I’ll always tell you up front.
